A unique contemporary property ideally located in La Croix Valmer and within easy reach of the beach in Gigaro. A touristic road trip will lead you to the villages of Ramatuelle and St Tropez. Main House (5 bedrooms)

Ground floor

Entrance hall and guest wc, spacious living room with fireplace. Dining room and sitting room are open plan with the fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are opening onto the terrace and pool and enjoy fantastic sea views.

First floor

Master bedroom with fireplace, shower and bathtub. Two additional bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms have amazing sea views and open onto a terrace with sunbeds.

Lower floor

There are two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and washbasin (one bedroom has a patio). Separate wc. A cinema room and a separate laundry room.

Apartments (5 bedrooms)

On the same plot but completely separated from the villa are three independent luxury apartments, all with their own private entrance, a secluded terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 3 apartments can be rented with the villa and be connected to the villa through a common entrance. Access to the apartments is from a staircase next to the pool house. In this scenario, the property consists of 10 bedrooms and can host up to 20 people.

The outside space is equally beautiful and consists of a heated infinity pool and jacuzzi. The pool house is equipped with barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and again enjoys the most wonderful sea views.
