The property is beautifully designed with every detail considered. The layout makes communal living and privacy equally possible. There are 6 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a separate two double bedroom apartment across the rose garden. There are landscape gardens, a tennis court and pool. A live-in couple on the grounds of the property will help with everything from housekeeping to concierge.

Ground floor

The living space in the main house runs the full length of the building with glass roof window letting the light in at the centre, it runs from the open plan, professional kitchen and the fumoir cinema space to the bar and sitting area by the fireplace. In winter, the house has three roaring open fires and under-floor heating.

The ground floor and garden wing have direct access to the gardens, pool, courtyard, and tennis court. The covered courtyard by the rose garden has an 18th century fireplace and offers sheltered dining al fresco.

The garden wing has a less formal sitting area and acts as a game room or quiet snug to get away from the crowd.

First Floor

There are 4 bedrooms with beamed ceiling and en-suite marble bathrooms. Two have baths and all have walk-in showers. The bedrooms are situated around an atrium, from which the staircase sweeps to the main floor living space.

The other two bedrooms are in the garden wing. All bedrooms have satellite television and DVD players. From every window and terrace, the property offers fantastic views of the countryside around.
