Entrance hall. Open plan contemporary fully equipped kitchen (steam oven/mixer/two dishwashers/ etc…), with access to main covered terrace and outdoor dining area. Living room with fireplace and flat screen TV opening to a small terrace on the side of the villa with sea views. This one is ideal at breakfast time. A few steps down to the right hand side of the entrance hall give a separate access to the pool area and garden. Guest toilets are on this level. First double bedroom (King size/180 cm bed), en suite shower room, washbasin and wc. Separate access with steps leading to the garden and pool. Second double bedroom (King size/180 cm bed), en suite shower room, washbasin and wc.

First floor

One double bedroom (King size/180 cm bed) with en suite bathroom (bathtub with shower attachment) and wc. Master bedroom. En suite bathroom with free standing bathtub, double washbasin, separate shower and wc. Dressing room. Large French windows leading to a private terrace with sea view.

Lower floor

Separate entrance from the lower garden, fifth double bedroom which can be made as twins beds or 180 cm King size bed. Gym room (private fitness instructor can be arranged on request). Laundry room.
