The pool can be heated on request. There is also a great pool house for relaxing with the whole family and cooking meals on the barbecue.

Ground floor: Open plan living room and dining room with sofas and round dining table opening to a covered terrace, garden, and pool. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction plate, dishwasher, Nespresso, blender, etc…

Master bedroom with 160 cm bed with dressing, en suite bathroom, bathtub, shower, double washbasin and WC. It has a direct access to the terrace and pool.

One further Queen bedroom (160cm bed) on the other side of the ground floor, en suite shower room and double washbasin. Separate WC. It has a direct access to the terrace and pool.

Laundry room in garage which has internal access (easy to unload the shopping) It has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

First floor: Two bedrooms. One bedroom with Queen size bed (160 cm), One bedroom with 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 children. Both bedrooms are sharing a shower room with double washbasin and WC.


