This is a luminous and spacious villa with views over the vineyards towards the sea, close to the beautiful beaches of Gigaro. There are many beach bars and delightful restaurants to discover and two great spas at Chateau Valmer and Lily of the Valley Hotels. The villa is situated in a Domaine above the organic wine cellar of La Madrague. It is close to the village of La Croix Valmer for shopping and all amenities. There is also a great fresh food market every Sunday in the village square. The beautiful garden features Mediterranean trees, flowers and plants in different corners of the gardens, which are sprawled across 2000 square metres on different levels. The overflowing swimming pool offers a perfect cooling break during hot summer days.

Accommodations details

The accommodation is on two floors and has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Ground floor. Entrance hall, open plan with the living room, kitchen and indoor dining.

Large bay windows floor to ceiling lengths giving the space a great feeling of outdoor indoor living.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-making feature. Separate utility room with extra fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.

One double bedroom with kind size bed, opening to the terrace has views over the garden and the sea. A separate guest WC and a separate shower room complete the sleeping accommodation on the ground level.

First floor. Large double bedroom (King size bed or twin beds of 90 cm) with shower room en suite (double washbasin, shower and WC)

One double bedroom (Queen size bed) with en suite shower and washbasin.

Two further double bedrooms (King size beds or twin beds of 90cm) sharing a large bathroom with bathtub, shower attachment, washbasin. A separate WC complete the first-floor accommodation.


