The house and garden are not overlooked and there are parking spaces for two cars at the back of the property. The pool measures 10x5m and has roman steps. There is a sun shaded terrace with a wisteria covered pergola from the dining room and lounge, a charming place to enjoy the peace of a hot summer day with views over the garden and pool.

Ground Floor

Elegant open plan lounge and dining area. Comfortable sofas, coffee table, large wooden table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with a good sized cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Master bedroom with 160cm bed and en suite bathroom.

First Floor

Two further double bedrooms with 160cm double bed and en suite bathrooms. One twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an outdoor laundry facility with washer and dryer.
